Hello there 👋

Swiftmade is a startup company based in Tallinn, Estonia. It's a place where smart and motivated people come together to build impactful digital products.

As a Recruiter / HR Generalist, you would be helping us source, interview and onboard new talent. Currently, we have a process in place to run this, but we are certain a professional like yourself could take it to the next step. Since we're not a big corporation, you would be running the HR show pretty much on your own and report directly to our Operations manager. That means, you'll make a difference here.

We offer hourly compensation (in Euros) and a performance based bonus. You can work at your own pace, set your own hours and work from anywhere you like. If you choose to work from a co-working space, we're happy cover that for you as well.

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in recruiting for IT positions.
  • Strong knowledge of the full cycle recruiting process.
  • Familiar with direct and indirect channels for sourcing talent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • Friendly and positive attitude 🙃

  • Source and screen candidates. Conduct effective interviews to help us find the right match both in terms of skill and cultural fit.
  • Perform reference or background checks as necessary.
  • Oversee offer, contract and onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Help us design and build a full cycle recruitment pipeline using online tools (Asana, Notion, Docusign or similar).
  • Communicate daily on Slack about current and upcoming workload.

  • 💶 Fair compensation for your work
  • 💻 Your co-working membership costs covered by us
  • 🤘 Run the HR show at our company. Take your career to the next level.
  • 📅 Build your own work schedule. Decide when and where to work by yourself.
  • 🇪🇪 Opportunity to travel to Tallinn in the summer to join our annual team retreat.

How do we hire?

We expect an email from you showing motivation and fitness for the role.

If we sense a good enough fit, we'll invite you to a video meeting. This will consist of introduction, a series of technical questions, and a short mock interview (you'll interview one of us). Then, we'll talk about: your expected compensation, when you can begin, and other such details... You can ask your questions as well.

If everything goes right, we'll get back to you with an offer shortly after the meeting, or we'll politely say no.

Great! To apply, simply send us an email. Don't feel obligated to write a long, formal message. Make sure to mention what motivated you to apply and tell us why you are a good fit for this role. Do include a resumé that shows your past experience about this position.
