Growth Marketing Manager
At Swiftmade, we're good at building software and not so good at marketing it online. That's the honest version of why this job exists. If fixing that sounds like a fun problem, keep reading.
About Swiftmade
Swiftmade is a profitable Estonian software company. For years we've been a bespoke agency: we build serious software for other people, and we're good at it. That's the engine that keeps us going. Along the way, we've also quietly built a portfolio of our own B2B SaaS tools.
Every one of them works. Almost none of them is marketed. Some have a few paying users, some are at zero revenue, mostly because nobody is making a consistent effort to tell people they exist. That's the gap you'd be filling.
The role
You would be our first marketing hire, so there's no existing funnel to inherit and no playbook waiting for you. The founder sets direction; you own execution, end to end.
Concretely, you'll:
- Own go-to-market across the whole portfolio. Keep a consistent baseline everywhere, then pour more energy into whatever starts showing traction. We move fast and reprioritize on signal rather than a fixed calendar.
- Get your hands dirty where needed. Create content, edit landing pages, write copy for X/Twitter and emails. You produce it yourself instead of briefing it out.
- Build a lightweight, repeatable engine: content and SEO, product-led signup flows, small paid experiments, community seeding.
- Set up measurement so we actually know our numbers, then read them and kill what's dead.
- Bring a point of view. We want your opinions on positioning, not just your hands on execution.
What the first 90 days look like
- Weeks 1–4: Make the products' numbers visible and establish baselines. Ship something every week, so the muscle starts moving.
- Months 2–3: Get an always-on cadence running across the products. Lean into whatever shows early signal (signups, trials, wishlists, qualified leads) and pull back where it isn't landing.
- By month 6: At least one product that's clearly alive and pulling ahead of the rest.
You're probably a fit if
- You've been an early or solo marketer at a B2B SaaS company or a product-minded agency, and you're tired of being a cog in someone else's plan.
- Your written English is native or near-native. This one is non-negotiable: our audiences are Western developers, businesses and gamers.
- You're genuinely high-agency. When you see something broken, you fix it without waiting for a brief or a budget.
- You can handle analytics (PostHog), a landing page and a paid experiment on your own, without an engineer or designer holding your hand.
- You enjoy ambiguity and 0-to-1 work. A portfolio of under-marketed bets looks like a playground to you.
Nice to have: developer-tool or product-led-growth experience, SEO depth, or a paid acquisition specialty.
What this is not
- It's not a brand manager or marketing coordinator seat. You won't be managing a team or a big paid budget.
- It's not a role where you wait for direction on everything. If you need a fully formed playbook handed to you, this will frustrate both of us.
Location and setup
You can be based in Estonia, or work remotely from outside the EU. If you're in Estonia, we can hire you on a standard employment contract. If you're outside the EU, we'll engage you through a B2B contract with your registered business.
Compensation
- Base of €2 300 to €3 500 per month (gross), depending on your level of experience and depth.
- Performance bonus: a quarterly bonus tied to goals we set together
Perks
- 💻 Co-working membership and the marketing tools you need covered by us.
- 📅 Flexible schedule. We care about outcomes, not hours logged.
- 🚀 Real ownership. You work directly with the founder, set your own experiments and see the results of your work without layers of approval.
- ✈️ Join our annual retreats in Europe. The team meets every year to have fun, get to know each other and bond.
