It depends on scope. A focused MVP can launch in weeks, not months. Larger products with complex integrations typically run 3-5 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during scoping.

You do. All code, documentation, and assets are yours from day one. If you ever want to bring development in-house, we'll help with the transition.
